EnduraKT
Manufactured & distributed by Ventis PharmaEnduraKT reconstitutes from two components — a pre-loaded epinephrine syringe and a tetracaine/lidocaine vial — into a longer-acting local anesthetic for incisional infiltration, peripheral nerve blocks, and fascial plane blocks. The dilute concentration keeps toxicity low enough to allow higher-volume dosing across larger blocks, up to a maximum of 1.5 mL/kg ideal body weight.
It's an off-label use of two anesthetics with long safety records — tetracaine since the 1930s, lidocaine since its 1948 approval — combined with epinephrine at a level chosen for its effect on sensory blockade duration rather than pure vasoconstriction. Not recommended for topical use or spinal anesthesia.

Published clinical experience
Source: 7Streams partner portal. Individual results vary; length-of-stay outcomes reflect a single published series (Volz, 2016), not a guarantee for any procedure or patient.
NS100
Powered by NeuroDynamics Global · Distributed by 7StreamsNS100 is placed in a single in-office visit — four titanium arrays, 45 to 60 minutes, minimally invasive. It's worn for twenty days of programmed stimulation, then removed in office. Entirely non-pharmacologic: no titration, no tolerance, no dependency to manage, and it doubles as a trial for patients you're evaluating for permanent neurostimulation.
Your team supplies chart notes, diagnosis codes, and a Letter of Medical Necessity. NeuroDynamics Global runs predetermination, prior authorization, and billing, and remittances post directly to the facility.
Pain outcomes: Staats et al., Frontiers in Neuroscience, 2025 — a retrospective, non-controlled observational study of 83 patients with severe painful diabetic neuropathy (baseline NRS 7 or greater). Individual results vary. Some states require implantation by an MD or DO only. Not for use in patients who are pregnant, hemophiliac, cognitively impaired, or who have implanted cardiac or stimulator devices. Prior auth required by non-traditional Medicare payers.
Q-Code Recovery
7Streams program7Streams reviews aged Q-code denials at no cost and identifies which ones qualify — including claims already worked and denied by an internal team or a third-party biller. Their methodology builds cases around payer non-compliance with CMS guidelines, then manages the full appeals process while your team stays hands-free. No system access required, and the process is HIPAA-compliant throughout.
It's 100% contingency: if nothing is recovered, there's no fee, and any recovery includes interest owed by the payer.
Figures below reflect 7Streams' published program results to date, powered by a proprietary methodology developed and validated in 2025. They describe past program performance, not a guarantee of recovery amount, likelihood, or timing for any individual practice — every claim is assessed on its own facts.
