TPC Wellness
Why go through me instead of direct?
You can buy every one of these directly from the manufacturer. The difference is who does the work of getting it running, and who picks up the phone six months later.
Six vendors, one phone number
Six solutions means six sets of contacts, contracts, and onboarding calls if you go direct. Through TPC Wellness it's one — introductions, questions, and follow-up all run through the same person, even though EnduraKT, NS100, and Q-Code Recovery come from three different companies behind the scenes.
I qualify before I pitch
I only bring forward what I would deploy myself. Several lines in the wider 7Streams catalog are absent from this site because I have not seen them work for a Texas practice yet. When one earns its place, I will add it and say why.
I run the deployment
Going direct means your staff works out the onboarding, the documentation, and the training on their own time. I do that part: the account setup, the training day scheduled around your clinic, and the follow-up when a new medical assistant starts in March.
Going direct vs. going through me
| Going direct | Through me | |
|---|---|---|
| Vendor relationships to manage | One per solution — up to six | One, period |
| Vetting before you hear about it | Whatever each vendor's sales team decides to pitch | Checked against your practice first |
| Onboarding & staff training | Handled solo, per vendor | I do it with you |
| Point of contact after signing | Whoever picks up at the vendor | Still me, same number |
Curious what's actually a fit?
Twenty minutes is usually enough to tell which of these, if any, belongs in your practice.
